About Ingrid
Ingrid’s background:
Ingrid is an excellent teacher and mentor and has a corporate background in Project Management and training and holds an Honours degree in Business Studies along with Sales and Marketing and ICT qualifications, is a graduate of Coach U’s 3 year Advanced Coach Training programme, is an NLP Practitioner, Master EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner, Angel Intuitive, Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Founder of Equilibrium-ni School of Reiki & Personal Development.
Ingrid was also the Chief Editor of UnTangled Heart online Relationship magazine (until 2016), where she was honoured to interview Relationship Experts including: Arielle Ford, Harun Rabbani, Katherine Woodward-Thomas and Marianne Williamson, amongst others.
Ingrid is passionate about supporting people to heal from past hurts and traumas and to fulfil their highest potential. She has worked with thousands of clients from all over the world since 2005 in her coaching and healing practice – in person in N Ireland, UK, as well as online.
